Definitely an appetite suppressant!
This has killed my appetite. I work in an office where there are sweets everywhere every day. The girl next to me has my favorite cake on her ledge free for the taking & I'm able to ignore it. Why? When I take my Curvelle NOTHING sounds good. So if nothing sounds good why eat high calorie/high fat foods?!? I am able to eat a healthy breakfast lunch & dinner without feeling like I'm missing out on fattening food!
